We make it easy for people to sell clothes they no longer need while promoting a more sustainable approach to fashion. Through our business, we also aim to support animal rescues and help make a positive difference in the lives of animals in need.

We look for clean, well-maintained clothing that is in good, wearable condition. Items should be free from significant stains, damage, strong odors, or excessive wear. If your items are not suitable for resell, we would like to encourage you to recycle these items via Kiswa.

We accept genlty used, pre-loved clothing for men, women, and kids. This includes everyday wear, occasion pieces, shoes, bags, and accessories. We look for items that are clean, in good condition, and suitable for resale.We unfortunately cannot accept toys, used underwear, books, hangers, pet supplies and technology items (laptop, phones ...).For toys, you can donate to Hope Amel UAE or Helping Hands UAE on Facebook.For books, you can donate to ThriftForGood.org.For hangers, you can donate to your local tailor.For pet supplied, you can contact https://aauf.ae, straydogscenteruae.com or https://dubaistreetkitties.com.For techology items, WAT.ae.For heavily used items and underwears, you can contact Kiswame.com.

Contact us to schedule a visit. Bring the clothes you'd like us to consider, and we'll assess them and make an offer for the items we choose to purchase.

We offer 10 AED/kg. We cannot accept donations.

These will be resold through Twice Loved, giving them another life and helping keep wearable fashion in circulation while helping animals in need.

Twice Loved is a resale business. We purchase pre-loved clothing directly from you and then resell the items through our platform.We currently donate 30% of our profits each quarter to support animal rescue organisations. We cannot donate 100% of our profits, as we need to remain financially sustainable and continue growing the platform.Our goal is to grow Twice Loved so that, over time, we can increase our support for animal rescues and help even more animals in need.We support licensed UAE based organizations. We publish our official donations once the organization receives it. Twice Loved does not accept clothing donations or financial donations. We purchase the clothing we sell.

We chose the rescues ourselves, and change each quarter. This will always be communicated. If you eventually decide to support specific rescues, you can contact them directly.
