1. About Twice Loved

Twice Loved is an online second-hand shop offering pre-loved clothing, accessories, and other items. Because our products are pre-owned, each item is unique and may show signs of previous use.
We aim to describe and photograph every item as accurately as possible.

SECTION 02

2. Product Condition

All items sold by Twice Loved are pre-loved unless otherwise stated.
Please carefully review the product description, photographs, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

Items may have:

- Minor signs of wear
- Small imperfections consistent with previous use
- Variations in colour due to lighting or screen settings
- Other characteristics that are reasonably expected from second-hand items

Any significant flaws or defects that we are aware of will be disclosed in the product description.

3. Product Availability

As many of our items are one-of-a-kind, products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

Twice Loved reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, prices, availability, or other information where necessary.

4. Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Twice Loved does not store credit card information.

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

Your order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Twice Loved reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

SECTION 05

5. Selling Your Items to Us

Twice Loved offers a consignment or buy-out process for selected pre-loved items that meet our quality and style criteria. By offering your items for sale to us, you warrant that you are the legal owner and have the right to sell them. All items undergo a strict authentication and condition assessment. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not align with our brand standards. Final pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before any transaction is finalised.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs, holidays, and circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delays caused by the courier are outside our control.

SECTION 07

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of pre-loved clothing, items are sold 'as is'. Returns are not accepted. We do our best to be transparent regarding the condition of the item and the sizing. All sales are final.

SECTION 08

8. Authenticity

As items are sourced from individuals, original receipts, proof of purchase, or packaging may not always be available. Any available authenticity or purchase information will be provided where applicable.

Where applicable, Twice Loved will make reasonable efforts to identify and describe branded or designer items accurately. We will not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Where authenticity cannot reasonably be verified, we may choose not to list an item as an authentic branded product.

SECTION 09

9. Donations & Animal Support

Twice Loved is a commercial business and is not a registered charity. We purchase and resell pre-loved clothing, and donate 30% of our profits to an animal charity organisation every quarter. Donations are made directly by Twice Loved from our business profits and are not taken from customer purchases or sales revenue.

Twice Loved reserves the right to change the animal charity organisation it supports or adjust its charitable giving arrangements where necessary. Any such changes will not affect the nature of purchases made through Twice Loved, which remain commercial transactions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Twice Loved. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 11

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twice Loved will not be responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe the website or our services are being misused.
